The DFG-funded Center for Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences “Applied Humanities: Genealogy and Politics“ invites applications in the area of “Humanities and the Promise of Globalization“- starting October 1, 2024. For more information about the center and its research areas, visit https://applied-humanities.net.

 

Job profile:

  • scientific services in research in the context of the Center “Applied Humanities,” including an individual project in the area of “ Humanities and the Promise of Globalization”
  • participate in building the newly established Research Center “Applied Humanities”, prepare and realize academic events, joint publications etc.

 

Requirements:

  • completed university degree (master or similar) in a liberal arts discipline
  • PhD desirable (preferably with a focus on the history of science)
  • committed to working in an inter- and transdisciplinary team
